Black Swan Portait Photoshoot, White Swan

When thinking about a concept, the best way to come up with ideas is to go online and watch new media to get inspired. I never knew just how movies play a big role in helping me understand a concept I had never considered. Trying to be perfect doesn’t create full creative success or freedom. In which I struggle a lot in real life in my photography career, But through the movie, the white swan feels truly perfect when she is the black swan. So when taking this photoshoot, I had to tell myself that to be truly happy with my creative process is to let loose and that I don't need to fix everything and do it right.

This was my second year at our school's shoot-out. Which is a place where we do a big production in places that you wouldn't really get an opportunity to do in real life as a student. I have done a different photoshoot last year In which you can check out on my blog called the Lost Princess.

I hope that through this photoshoot you guys can find the beauty and peace in not needing to be perfect, that being imperfect is perfect, to be loose can become creative freedom. Go check out "The Black Swan" Movie is a very beautiful and impactful movie to not only women but to any gender, race, age, background, etc.
